About Adam Ahmed & Co
We are qualified commercial lawyers and accountants, meaning we can leverage both sets of skills to your maximum advantage.
We are a Sydney based team of qualified commercial lawyers and accountants, leveraging our combined skills to your maximum advantage. We work passionately with small and medium sized businesses to deliver an outstanding service.
With a solid history working for large corporates and multinationals within large law and accounting firms, we saw a gap in the market and in 2012, set out to deliver the same skill and quality of service to small and medium businesses.
Adam Ahmed & Co has been appointed to the Small Business Concierge Service Tax Lawyer list run by the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman. Under this service, you may be eligible for advice on how to run a case against the ATO in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Our focus is on getting the strategy right for optimum results.
Our combined skills allow to work across
- tax law advice and assistance with tax audits and disputes
- tax planning and asset protection
- commercial and business law advice
- negotiation and drafting of contracts
- migration law assistance – applying for visas and appealing decisions
- property law advice and negotiation – for example negotiations with developers
- government grant assistance – in particular research and development grants and export market development grants
